Often times the security personnel is the first and last person that visitors to your premises will meet, they are also often the first and last person at the premises, and in the unfortunate case of confrontation the first person to get involved. As a security company we know that our security guards can take on many roles in a company – and it is our job to carefully balance the needs of our clients, without sacrificing the primary reason we are there. Our management team work closely with your named representative at your office and liaise with your company representative at intervals that suit yourselves.
We carry out thorough risk assessments, and ensure that we place a security guard at your premises that suits the role. All our security guards are given site instructions, a comprehensive file on standing orders. It is developed by a collaboration of our security company and your companies requirement, it also contains protocols, as it relates to what to do in an emergency, which can range from incidents as to what you would like us to do if someone gets stuck in the lift, to how you would like us to deal with an intruder, or shoplifter – we do of course have standard instructions, but understand that our clients need differ, some would like to be contacted as soon as an incident occurs (even if that is at 3am in the morning), while some would rather been informed first thing in the morning terms.
